Cookies of course!! Put down the pizza and stop playing Frogger, for I am Cali - The Brooklyn Baby Blogger!

Cookies of course!! Bouncy balls make me cry,
esta verdad -- it's not a lie,
take it away! don't even try!
I wish that I could tell you why.

Mum got some great news that her good friend Shannon from Columbia, SC is having a baby girl. Very exciting stuff. I can't wait to show her how to put everything in her mouth... why does everything have to taste so darn good??! I digress...
Anyway, I got to go to Mommy and Baby Yoga at the Y yesterday and I had a blast. Mum was doing some wierd stuff with her arms, then everyone sang a funny song while mum would lift me up with the other babies. I got to meet some cool babies and Anabelle sat next to me. I think we're going to go lots more now so I can learn downward facing dog too! OM......................

morning. I am super close to crawling, but for now the only move I have is the worm. I can do this way better than the guy in the picture I swear! Seriously, I know how to get around in reverse it's just the foward moving that I find challenging. Soon I will be breakdancing for street cred. Maybe I should freestyle at the sing-a-long tomorrow...here's a video of me trying to do the worm...

up with this phantom duck, but I love to watch it dance. She got me my first bathing suit too, but the weather is really crummy right now so I can't do backflips off the diving board just yet. To all of my Park Slope baby friends... I miss you guys and can't wait to see you soon, sorry we haven't chilled in a bit. Alright, I need to take a nap and dream about swinging...

My mommy felt adventerous on sunday night after I scarfed down all my oatmeal. She attempted to feed me green beans, but I wasn't having any of it! I just pushed it all out with my tongue and gave my mom a pleading look as she gave me a mohawk and took a picture of my pain! YUK!!
After that mommy sat me in my high chair and fed me some oatmeat... mmmm oatmeal. I squealed with delight as I used my tongue to actually
swallow all my food. I even made mommy fill up my bowl with some more and I ate all of that too! What's next you ask... probably some Sudoku... then Oscartime,

So today is Valentine's Day . It snowed all last night and now I hear rice crispies in milk... mommy calls it sleat. At least we got to go out yesterday to see my little friends at Two Boots. I even got to wear my "First Valentine's Day" bib... boy did I soak that thing up fast! My friends were talking a lot, but I was busy looking at the lights on the ceiling. Today, I got a card for my mommy because I'm such a thoughtful baby. I even wrote a poem for my mom and pop... and it goes a little something like this:
